Made slowly, sent carefully
We dispatch orders within 3–5 working days of purchase using Royal Mail. Working days exclude weekends and UK bank holidays. Dispatch time is separate from delivery time.
Destinations and costs
We offer delivery to supported addresses in the UK, Europe and the United States. Available destinations, services and shipping charges are shown at checkout before payment. Not every country or address is supported. Any delivery estimate is an estimate, not a guarantee; customs can cause delays.
International orders
Where import taxes, duties or carrier handling charges are not collected at checkout, they may be payable by the recipient under local rules. Check the checkout summary. We do not mark purchases as gifts or understate their value.
Your parcel
We will send a dispatch confirmation and tracking details if the selected service includes tracking. Please check your delivery address before ordering and contact us promptly about changes, delays, loss or damage. We remain responsible for goods until they reach you or your nominated recipient, subject to applicable law. Contact us rather than the carrier alone if something goes wrong.
