Lost & Found is operated by Deevya Patel as a sole trader. Our contact details are below. These terms apply to purchases from this shop alongside the Shipping, Returns & refunds and Privacy policies.
Items and descriptions
Our objects are handmade in small batches. Minor variations will be described fairly and do not excuse faults or goods that differ materially from their description. Images explicitly labelled concept previews illustrate a design and are not photographs of a finished item. Read the individual product description and materials before purchasing.
Prices and orders
Prices are shown in the currency displayed. Applicable shipping charges and any taxes collected by us are shown before you pay. Please check the full order summary. An order acknowledgement confirms receipt of your order; we accept it when we send the dispatch confirmation. If an item cannot be supplied or we identify an error before acceptance, we will contact you and refund any payment for the affected order rather than substitute without agreement.
Delivery and cancellation
Our Shipping and Returns & refunds policies explain dispatch, delivery, cancellation and faulty-item rights. If an order is materially delayed or cannot be fulfilled, contact us. Nothing in these terms limits your mandatory consumer rights.
Using this website
Please use the site lawfully. Our original branding and content must not be reproduced for commercial use without permission or another lawful basis. Rights in third-party materials remain with their respective owners. This statement does not assert exclusive copyright where the law does not provide it.
Liability and applicable law
We do not exclude liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections or access to courts available under the law where they live.
